Are you looking for some great ideas for snacks? This post will list some of my favorite homemade, fresh, and store bought snacks!
I am one of those people who like to stay busy and check things off on my list. However, this summer, I over did it and ended up with a crazy schedule and more to do than I could possibly manage. As the result of my crazy schedule, I ended up living off of snacks because many times I was eating while walking out the door, driving, or between meetings, rehearsals, and teaching.
Therefore, snack options were a lifesaver for me, and I always made sure that I had a few different options packed with me wherever I went.
Keto Cinnamon “Sugar” Nut Mix is one of my newest recipes, but it is the perfect snack if you are craving something a little sweet. However, the “sugar” is monk fruit, so this is a keto-friendly snack!
Spicy Mixed Nuts is an old but favorite recipe because Jake likes to take this nut mix to work!
Easy Keto Fudge is the perfect snack when you need a chocolate fix!
Any kind of berries, watermelon, cucumber, and celery are my favorite fresh snacks because they pack easily and do not need to be refrigerated!
Store Bought Snacks
Sacha Inchi Nuts are a complete protein, which makes them a filling and delicious protein snack option that is different than a protein smoothie. Personally, I love crunchy snack foods. I always pack this jar with me when I know that I am going to be out for a long day of work!
Pili Nuts are buttery, soft nuts that I actually prefer cold from the fridge! They are good on their own, topping salads, or adding a bit of crunch to any kind of food.
Julian’s Bakery Vanilla Granola is another slightly sweet but sugar free snack option. It is currently my absolute favorite granola!
Paleo Thin Crackers are a savory, crunchy cracker with a slight peppery taste. I love them plain, with nut cheese, and with nut butter! These crackers are one of my favorite air plane foods for when I travel.
