- 1 small peach, with pit removed
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes or two whole medium tomatoes
- 1 cup onion or 1 medium onion
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Add all ingredients to a blender and slowly blend until the desired consistency is reached. Blend longer for smoother salsa and less for chunky salsa.
